BrocktonClean Energy has been approved by the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act Office and the Massachusetts Energy Facilities Siting Board, which unanimously approved the Construction and Operation of the facility.
Our engineers and project managers have been answering technical questions from the Energy Facilities Siting Board, the community, City Hall department heads, business leaders, and from State and Federal environmental agencies. The Project has attended many public events in the Brockton area and continues its community outreach efforts.
The Mayor and City Council members have said they will take their cue from the people of Brockton.
